1. Glutinous rice flour is kneaded into soft dough with proper amount of hot water and kneaded into balls (or stuffed into jiaozi).
2. Wash, peel and dice all kinds of fruits. Mix lotus root starch with cold water to make lotus root starch water for later use.
3. Boil the water in the pot, put the small round in, and push it in one direction with a spoon to avoid sticking to the pot. Cook until it floats. Add two spoonfuls of sugar to melt.
4. Keep the pot boiling, pour the lotus root powder water into the pot in a thin line shape, stir while pouring until it is completely poured out, and turn off the heat after pushing it evenly.
5. Put it in a bowl, sprinkle with diced fruits of various colors and mix well to serve.
