When making soup in an electric pressure cooker, you have to put all the ingredients into the pot and cook it for a few dozen minutes, then take it out of the pot and cook it for another ten minutes or so, so that it tastes better. Take pig's trotters and papaya soup as an example:
Ingredients:
Half papaya, red dates, half pig's trotters, chives, salt, a small amount, and ginger slices.
Steps
(1) Peel, remove seeds and wash papaya, cut into large pieces and set aside. Cut the pig's trotters into pieces and set aside, wash and cut the red dates into half and set aside. The whole dates are not easy to cook and smell;
(2) Put water, pig's trotters and cooking wine in the pot (to remove fishy and odor), blanch them in water and wash them Set aside for later use; (must be washed. Wash away impurities and fishy smell)
(3) Put the pig's trotters, red dates and ginger slices in a pot and simmer for 20 minutes in an electric pressure cooker. Add salt to taste before serving;
(4) If you want the soup to be more flavorful and fragrant, pour out the entire pot of soup and cook for about 10 minutes before taking it out of the pot. Take chicken and flower mushroom soup as an example:
Ingredients:
1 chicken, 8 flower mushrooms, chopped green onion, cooking wine, salt, ginger slices
