2 eggplants
Garlic 4 cloves
3 onions
6 Chili peppers
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons oyster sauce
Chicken essence 1 spoon
Salt 1/3 teaspoons
Recipe practice:
1. Prepare the ingredients and wash them.
2. Cut the eggplant in the middle, but don't cut it. Soak in water 10 minute.
3. Preheat the oven at 200℃ for 5 minutes, put tin foil on the baking tray, and eggplant 15 minutes.
4. Chop garlic, onion and pepper.
5. Mix oyster sauce, soy sauce, oil, chicken essence and salt with garlic, onion, pepper and two spoonfuls of water.
6. Open the eggplant and poke a few holes with chopsticks to facilitate the taste (terrible ~)
7. Pour the seasoning evenly on the eggplant and bake in the oven for 5 minutes.
