Ingredients: mung bean sprouts 300g, sweet potato vermicelli 1 00g, leek1small handful, 2 eggs, chopped green onion, minced garlic and dried pepper.
Practice: 1 Sweet potato vermicelli is soft and too cold, add half a spoonful of soy sauce and mix well. Beat the eggs until cooked, and cut the leeks into inches for later use.
2 Stir-fry chopped green onion, minced garlic and dried pepper in hot oil, add bean sprouts and stir-fry until soft, then add sweet potato vermicelli and stir-fry evenly.
Add leeks and eggs and a little salt? A little sugar? 2 tablespoons soy sauce? 1 tbsp soy sauce and stir well.
