Ingredients
5 small strips of chicken (muscle), half an onion, 4~5 mushrooms, some Parmesan pizza cheese, 2 cheese slices, thick 4 slices of toast, some black pepper, salt, appropriate amount of ketchup, some butter (optional), some seven-spice powder (optional)
Method
1. Chicken first Sprinkle an appropriate amount of salt and black pepper or seven-spice powder (personal preference), (sprinkle both the front and back to get the flavor) cut into small pieces and set aside;
2. Use a little butter to fry the onions and Add some salt or black pepper to the mushrooms, stir-fry until soft and then put it in the pot;
3. Add the chicken in step 1 and fry over low heat until golden brown, then put it in the pot and set aside;
4. Spread some tomato sauce on the surface of the thick slice of toast (you can apply more if you like), put the fried chicken, mushrooms and onions on it, add some black pepper, and put on the cheese slices (half a slice) (that’s it), and finally put pizza cheese (the kind that can string);
5. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes until the surface is golden brown
