Ingredients: one pork tenderloin, one egg and two spoonfuls of sweet potato starch.
Accessories: a little salt, a spoonful of pepper powder, a little monosodium glutamate and a spoonful of vegetable oil.
Steps:
1. Prepare a pork tenderloin, clean it, cut it into thick strips, wash it with clear water several times, and clean the blood stains and peculiar smell on the pork.
2. Clean the tenderloin and put it in a large bowl, add an egg and two or three spoonfuls of sweet potato starch, and paste the meat strips. The paste step is not simple, but it is very important. If you want to fry small crispy meat, you must use sweet potato starch paste.
3. Put on disposable gloves, grab the eggs and sweet potato starch evenly and wrap them evenly on the pork.
4. Add a proper amount of salt, pepper powder, monosodium glutamate, about 20 ml of vegetable oil and chicken essence. This step is mainly seasoning, and Chili is indispensable for making crispy meat.
5. Grab the seasoning and pork by hand again and let it stand for a quarter of an hour.
6. Adjust the oven to air frying mode in advance and preheat it to 200 degrees. We were not idle during the preheating process. Take out the air frying net matched with the oven, lay a layer of high-temperature resistant oil paper on the bottom, and then put the pork strips evenly on the oil paper with chopsticks.
7. Send the empty fried net and pork strips into the preheated oven, select the empty fried function, and fry at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes. Remember to take out the fried net halfway and turn the pork over with chopsticks, so that both sides of the pork can be fried golden.
8. You can sprinkle some dried Chili powder on the fried crispy meat to taste. You don't need to add anything you like to eat the original flavor. You can eat it directly or dip it in some favorite sauces, such as sour plum sauce and tomato sauce. It's delicious.
