The practice of snowflake beef
Raw materials:

4A Australian snowflake beef 250g.

Seasoning:

Marinade 400g, egg white 1/3, black pepper and corn starch 3g, dried onion 1 50g, tasteless butter 6g, rosemary and salt 2g, dried thyme1g, and natural and delicious soy sauce 5g.

Making:

Marinade (2000g beef):

50g milk, 3000g mixed vegetable juice (carrot and coriander), and black pepper 150g mixture.
