Ingredients: cucumber, kelp, red pepper and garlic cloves.
1. Wash and shred cucumber, add appropriate amount of salt and mix well for pickling.
2. Soak the dried kelp in advance, wash it and cut it into appropriate long sections, put it in a pot to boil water, put it down after the water is boiled, then pick it up and cool it with cold water, and control the water for later use.
3. Wash the peppers and cut them into small pieces. Peel garlic cloves and chop them into minced garlic. Put it in a large bowl, add salt, soy sauce, sugar and vinegar according to your own taste, and beat it into juice.
4. Put the kelp with good water control into a bowl of juice and mix well for pickling.
5. After the shredded cucumber is pickled, rinse it with cold boiled water to wash away the excess salt.
6. Squeeze out the excess water in the shredded cucumber by hand, then put it in a bowl and mix well with kelp for pickling.
7. After the cucumber and kelp are marinated, sprinkle with appropriate amount of Chili powder.
8. Boil the right amount of oil in the pot. When the oil is hot, pour the hot oil on the Chili powder, add a little sesame oil and mix well.
9. Mix well and put on a plate, sprinkle with appropriate amount of fried white sesame seeds.
10, when ready to eat, mix with sesame seeds.
