1. Ingredients: 2 king oyster mushrooms, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, some salt, barbecue powder or salt and pepper.
2. Wash the king oyster mushrooms.
3. Tear into shreds by hand, add salt and marinate to release the water (salt may be a little more), marinate for 5-10 minutes, and squeeze with hands to speed up the water release.
4. The king oyster mushrooms are marinated to release the moisture and become soft to the touch. Wash them with water and squeeze out the moisture!
5. Add less than olive oil and mix well (other oil can be substituted).
6. Put it in the air fryer at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Take it out and stir it at any time. Check the dryness and wetness yourself!
7. Sprinkle with pepper, salt or barbecue ingredients before serving, and it is ready to be plated!
