Composition:
Chicken wings 400g, green pepper, millet pepper.
Exercise:
1. Cut the chicken wings in half, add minced garlic, 1 tbsp cooking wine, 2 tbsp light soy sauce, half tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, a little salt, a little sugar, a little shredded ginger and half tbsp corn starch, and marinate well.
2. Stir-fry in a pot until golden brown, then add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add a portion of juice: soy sauce+a little water, and simmer for a while (or stir-fry until the juice is collected).
3. Finally, add green pepper and stir-fry until cooked. Turn off the fire and sprinkle some sesame seeds.
