Simple ingredients
50g of rice, egg 1, 30g of beef, 20g of lettuce and 40g of potato.
Potato and beef paste
Mud potatoes, cut beef into small pieces, mash them in a complementary food machine, then add cooked rice and diced lettuce and stir well.
Omelette
Turn on a small fire, brush the oil in a hot pan, scoop in the egg liquid, spread it into a rectangle, fry until the bottom is solidified, squeeze it into a meat paste, gently roll it, and fry both sides until cooked.
Steamed
Put the fried egg roll in a steamer, leave a small gap, steam for 20 minutes on medium heat, take it out after steaming, cool it to room temperature and cut it into small pieces.
