350g of prawn, 50g of cucumber, 30ml of peanut oil, 3g of salt, 5g of onion, 5g of ginger and seasoning.

1. Remove the whiskers and wash the shrimps.
2, cucumber peeled and sliced.
3, hot pot oil, put a little onion and ginger wok.
4. Add the shrimp and stir fry.
5. Stir fry until shrimp oil is produced.
6. Add cucumber slices and fry until broken.
7. Add Thai hot sauce and salt.
8. Stir fry 10 seconds and turn off the fire.
9. Serve.
