1. Dissolve sugar in boiling water, cool to about 30 degrees, add yeast, and let stand for 5 minutes.
2. Slowly add the yeast water into the flour, and stir the flour into a flocculent shape while adding it.
3. Then knead it into smooth dough and cover it.
When the dough is fermented to twice its original size. Dip your forefinger in flour and poke a hole. The hole will ferment without collapsing or shrinking.
5. Vent the dough and soften it to its original size.
6. Take 1/3 dough and roll it into rectangular dough. (Because my chopping board is too small)
7. Spread a layer of bean paste evenly. (It should be noted here that it is difficult to smear with hands or spoons. Take a piece of plastic wrap, coat it with water or a little oil, and cover it with bean paste. Drag the plastic wrap with your left hand and gently apply it with your right hand. This is the way I came up with after painting it several times. )
8. Sprinkle a layer of seedless raisins.
9. Roll it up carefully.
10. Then cut into small pieces of similar size.
1 1. Add cold water to the steamer and put in the small steamed bread rolls.
12. Cover the lid, steam until the water boils, steam for another 5 minutes, turn off the fire, continue to simmer for 2 minutes, and then boil.
