Hairtail with tomato sauce

Hairtail section 300g

2 tablespoons soy sauce.

1. Clean hairtail, cut into pieces, add cooking wine and soy sauce and marinate for 20 minutes.
2. Fry in the oil pan until both sides are golden. Set aside.
Step 3 Slice onion, ginger and garlic.
4. Heat the oil in the wok, add the onion, ginger and garlic to smell, add vinegar, tomato sauce, sugar, warm water with almost no ingredients, add a proper amount of salt, stir well and taste. It doesn't matter if it's not rich enough, then collect the juice.
5. Add hairtail and simmer until the soup thickens.
6. Add water and starch to thicken, and add a few drops of sesame oil when cooking.
Tip:
Before putting hairtail, adjust the taste of soup according to your own preference, but it should not be too salty, because you have to collect juice later.
