1. Nutrition Plan
(1) Increasing high-fiber diet can alleviate or eliminate the symptoms of most patients. "Eating too much", rough food contains more nutrients and dietary fiber, which is suitable for patients with constipation or hemorrhoids and is conducive to smooth stool.
(2) Foods that hemorrhoid patients should choose: bamboo shoots, beets, Chinese cabbage, carrots, mung beans, leeks, celery, water bamboo, pea seedlings, potatoes, wheat bran bread, rape and peas; Apples, oranges, kiwis, grapes, watermelons, bananas and other fruits. Lean meat such as pigs, cows, sheep, fish, chickens, ducks and geese (peeled and degreased).
2. Nutritional supplements
(1) Cucumber and ginger mixed with jellyfish
Ingredients: fresh cucumber 200g, jellyfish skin 200g, ginger15g, refined salt, monosodium glutamate, sesame oil and rice vinegar.
Method: Wash jellyfish skin, cut it into filaments, soak it in clear water for 30 minutes, wash away salt and alum, scald it with boiling water, take it out, cool it with clear water, drain the water and put it on a plate for later use. (2) Stewed pork with figs
Ingredients: fig (dried fruit)100g, lean pork 200g.

Efficacy: invigorating stomach and moistening intestines, diminishing inflammation and detoxifying. Can be used for adjuvant treatment of hemorrhoids and chronic enteritis.
