The practice of making sushi at home
For homemade sushi, the first ingredients we need to prepare are rice, cucumber, ham sausage, seaweed, sushi vinegar, salt and sugar. We pour a proper amount of sushi vinegar into rice, then add a proper amount of salt and sugar, and mix all these ingredients evenly. Then we wash carrots and cut them into strips, wash cucumbers and cut ham into strips. Cook carrots gently in boiling water. When all the materials are ready, put them aside. We take out the roller blind, put seaweed for sushi, spread rice on the seaweed, add freshly processed carrot strips, cucumber strips and ham strips to the rice, and then add a proper amount of pork floss and salad dressing. Roll up the laver slightly from the inside out with a roller blind, remove both ends, cut the sushi into sections about two centimeters wide and eat it on a plate.

To make cherry blossom sushi, we need to prepare cooked rice, laver, cucumber, ham sausage, carrot, pork floss, salad dressing, cherry blossom powder and sushi vinegar. First, we add a spoonful of sushi vinegar to the rice, and then stir it evenly. Don't say it, you don't have to add it. Then we take out another rice, add a proper amount of sushi vinegar and cherry blossom powder to the rice, and stir it evenly to make cherry blossom rice.

Put the seaweed we prepared in advance on the roller blind, and spread the freshly made cherry blossom powder rice on one side of the seaweed. Then spread a layer of plastic wrap on it, flatten the rice and turn the seaweed over. Spread white rice on the other side of seaweed. In the middle of the white rice, we put the freshly cut sausages, carrots and cucumbers. Sprinkle some floss and salad dressing. Then we dragged the plastic wrap to let the seaweed reach the edge under the bamboo curtain. We fold the bamboo curtains in half and make them drop-shaped, then press them by hand, cut them into pieces with a knife and put them on a plate. This cherry blossom sushi is ready.
