(Source: cookbooks) 1. The cod is washed and dried, and salted for 3-5 minutes.
2. Wash and dry the wok. Fry cod in slow fire for about 10 minutes, then turn over and fry until golden on both sides.
3. Squeeze some lemon juice or dip some salt and pepper, it will taste better!
