Recipe practice:
1. Three duck eggs. (according to the weight, I like to put two or three eggs, but I don't like to put one.)
2. After breaking up, put a little salt in a tablespoon of water and egg liquid, pour it into a fresh-keeping bag and tie it tightly. Steam in a pot. It's steamed with water.
This is what it looks like after steaming. Don't steam it too hard. Just look at the pot and watch the eggs solidify. Time is short, not too long. I didn't filter the egg liquid, so it steamed out a little white. That's protein.
4. Soak the tremella in hair, tear the small flowers, slice the ham, slice the steamed duck eggs, soak the fragrant shavings in Kamikiri diced, and chop the shallots.
5. Cook rice noodles in the pot.
6. Put broth in the pot, so that the soup will taste fresh! Put the ingredients into the pot, mix the salt and soy sauce.
7. Put the scalded rice noodles in a bowl, pour the cooked materials on it and sprinkle with onions. This soup is delicious.
