10. Personal property before marriage is naturally damaged, consumed or lost in the common life after marriage. If one party claims compensation with the joint property of husband and wife during divorce, it will not be supported.

If one of the spouses requests a divorce, the relevant organizations may mediate or directly file a divorce lawsuit with the people's court.
