Step 1
A bowl of sweet potato starch and a bowl of water are mixed in a ratio of one to one.
Second step
After mixing, filter the residue with a filter.
Third step
Add 5 bowls of water to the pot, or just take that bowl of starch. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, slowly pour in the starch liquid, and stir while tilting.
Fourth step
Be sure to simmer, the starch liquid will become more and more viscous, and it will only take two minutes to cook.
Step five
Turn off the fire and pour into the container. My bowl is still too big, so I made two cauldrons.
Step 6
After cooling, put it in the refrigerator for two or three hours.
Step 7
Finished product, elastic, with garlic juice, sesame sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, shredded cucumber, super fragrant.
