The pickling method is as follows:
Ingredients: cucumber1000g; ; 300 grams of salt
Steps:
1. Wash the fresh cucumber, cut it into long strips longitudinally, and put it in a clean oil-free basin with a layer of cucumber and a layer of salt;
2. Turn it over several times;
