Once, when I was still immersed in my homework, my mother’s joyful voice suddenly sounded: It’s time to eat! When I got close to the table, a scent of fragrance hit my nose. I asked my mother curiously, what kind of dish is this? Mom told me it was fried shrimps with eggs. I looked at it curiously: it was golden all over, with a few crystal clear things that were very eye-catching, and it also had green spots on it. Mom said: Come! Eat while hot. My brother and I were intrigued by the news. The shrimps tasted very refreshing, tender and smooth. The little flattering brother said while chewing: Mom’s cooking skills are so good, this dish is delicious! When I grow up, I want to learn cooking with my mother! My brother and I were very happy to eat. In this way, this scrambled eggs with shrimps became my favorite dish.
I curiously asked my mother how to make this dish. My mother said that the steps to make this dish are very simple! First prepare three eggs, about 200 grams of shrimp and an appropriate amount of chopped green onion.
Step one: Beat three eggs evenly. When stirred with chopsticks, the eggs dance like a little girl in a skirt, which is very beautiful. After beating the eggs, add a little salt.
Step 2: Rinse the shrimps, put them in a bowl, add some salt, and marinate them with cooking wine and pepper for ten minutes.
Step 3: Put a small amount of cooking oil in the pot, heat it up, put the eggs in and fry for a while, then put the shrimps in and fry together, finally sprinkle with chopped green onion and you're done!
The next day, I begged my mother to teach me how to make fried eggs and shrimps, and my mother readily agreed. My mother first taught me how to beat eggs until they are as translucent as water. I also learned to wash shrimps and chop green onions. The green onions were cut a little long, and when I was cutting them, I was a little nervous, afraid of cutting my hands. When the oil was hot, I poured the eggs into the pot, and suddenly it made a sizzling sound. I started to be a little afraid of the oil splashing on my hands. The eggs slowly began to swell and connect together, which was very interesting. After frying for a while, I put the shrimp into the pot. The shrimp gradually began to change color, and finally turned bright red.
After a while, I sprinkled the chopped green onion into the pot and fried it for a while. My mother said, okay, it’s done, it’s easy! I was very excited and secretly took a small bite. However, the frying this time was a little salty and not very successful, but I believe it will be more delicious next time!
Cooking is not an easy task, but it must be a happy thing. I must learn to cook from my parents and cook more delicious meals for my parents to taste when I grow up!
