Chicken breast with tomato sauce
Ingredients: chicken breast, tomato, corn kernels, minced garlic, starch, soy sauce, oyster sauce and salted chicken essence.
Cut chicken breast into small pieces, peel and dice tomatoes, corn kernels and garlic.
Chicken breast+starch+egg white+salt+soy sauce curing 10 minutes, the corn kernels are cooked.
There is a little oil in the pot. Add tomatoes and stir fry. Add some water. Stir-fry for juice. Add corn kernels. Add appropriate amount of minced garlic. Add diced chicken breast. Put a spoonful of soy sauce and a spoonful of oyster sauce. Stir-fry the soup until it thickens.
Scrambled eggs with green pepper and ham
Cut the green pepper into small pieces, slice the ham and sausage, and break the eggs.
Stir-fry the eggs in hot oil until cooked, and take them out for later use.
Heat oil in another pot and stir-fry the green pepper pieces. Stir-fry until it is not cooked, add ham slices, eggs, appropriate amount of soy sauce, appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence, stir well and then take out the pot.
Minced meat peas
Ingredients: beans, minced meat, millet spicy, onion, ginger and garlic, starch, cooking wine, soy sauce, soy sauce and salt.
Cut the beans into small pieces, and chop the onions, ginger, garlic and millet for later use.

Fried lettuce with oyster sauce
Ingredients: lettuce, millet spicy, garlic paste, oyster sauce, soy sauce, starch, sugar.
Break the lettuce into pieces, soak it in clear water for a while, wash it, take it out, then blanch it in a pot for 15 seconds and put it on a plate.
Sauce mixing: add a spoonful of soy sauce, oyster sauce, starch and sugar to more than half a bowl of water and stir well.

Cumin potatoes block
Ingredients: potatoes, green peppers, cumin powder, Chili noodles, bean paste, soy sauce.
Peel potatoes and cut them into small pieces, and cut green peppers into small pieces. Boil the potatoes in the pot for two minutes and take them out for later use.
Put oil in the pot. Put the potato pieces into the pot, fry slowly on low heat, and the sides are slightly yellow. Put it aside.

Steamed tofu with minced meat
Ingredients: minced meat, tender tofu, soy sauce and oyster sauce.
Cut the tofu into small pieces first, and chop the onion and ginger for later use.
Heat oil in the pan, saute shallot and ginger, add meat foam, add two spoonfuls of soy sauce and one spoonful of oyster sauce, and stir-fry until it changes color.
Stir-fried meat foam is sprinkled on tofu, steamed for 15 minutes, sprinkled with coriander and chopped green onion!
