Steamed beef practice
Materials?

300g beef

Garlic 3 cloves

3 slices of ginger

Onion 1 root

Proper amount of salt

3 tablespoons soy sauce

1 spoon oyster sauce

Proper amount of olive oil

Appropriate amount of black (white) pepper

A spoonful of sugar

2 tablespoons steamed fish and soy sauce.

Eggs 1

Potatoes (or onions) 1

2 tablespoons cooking wine

Steamed beef?

Cut beef tenderloin into 3㎜ thick slices.

Mix the bowl juice with salt, pepper, cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, steamed fish and soy sauce, and a little water. Stir in beef and marinate 10 minute, and leave some bowl juice for later use.

Add starch and stir well.

Add egg whites and stir well.

Add olive oil, mix well and marinate for half an hour.

Dice potatoes and shred onions.

Spread the potatoes on the plate.

Spread corned beef on potatoes.

Add onion, ginger and garlic, and pour in the remaining bowl of juice.

Steam for half an hour, depending on the amount of meat, the time will be extended accordingly.

Remove onion ginger and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
