Yongtoufu
Yongtoufu

Ingredients: tender tofu, minced meat, diced onion, diced mushroom.

Exercise:

1, meat foam seasoning: mushroom diced onion, oyster sauce, salt, sugar, pepper, corn flour.

2, tender tofu lightly cut the knife edge or dig a small piece of tofu to brew meat.

3. Fry the pork noodles in a hot pot until golden, and fry them on both sides until golden.

4, seasoning: oyster sauce, soy sauce, pepper, raw powder, water.

5, casserole pad with bean sprouts and the rest of the meat foam (side dishes are also ok)

6. Add fried tofu and sauce, simmer for 10 minute, sprinkle with coriander and onion.
