How to make Minnan broth and rice noodle soup?
Slice pork belly, add ginger paste, salt, chicken essence and soy sauce and marinate for a while. (I added oysters today. Pickling steps are the same as pork belly, and the taste is fresher. )
Pour the oil, cut the onion into small pieces and add. After frying, take out the onion oil and set it aside.
There is still some oil in the pot. Add some soy sauce, add cold water and bring to a boil.
During boiling water, add sweet potato powder to the marinated fresh pork belly, as shown in the figure.
Boil the water, knead the marinated pork belly into the pot one by one and wait for it to boil again.
Boil the water, add the rice flour and wait until it is almost cooked before adding the vegetables.
