Second, the catering standards and quality requirements

3. Three. sanitary standards

3. During the food processing, Party B shall strictly abide by the Food Hygiene Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and its related regulations, and keep samples of every cooked food every day, every meal, and conduct regular sampling inspection to prevent unsafe events such as food poisoning.

4. When cleaning kitchen utensils, Party B shall carry out disinfection with one wash, two brushes, three flushes and four flushes to meet the sanitary requirements of China, Shanghai and Party A. ..

5. All employees of Party B must hold health certificates, identity cards and temporary residence permits; Cooking personnel should be "three white and four diligent", use disposable gloves and wear work clothes when serving.

6. Party A shall organize personnel to supervise and inspect the canteen from time to time; Party B shall actively cooperate with the supervision and inspection, respond to the inspection results in time, and formulate rectification measures within days after the inspection results are issued.

Four. Party A's Service Requirements for Party B

3. Relevant personnel of Party B shall often go to the site to listen to the opinions of diners and relevant leaders of Party A, and participate in the symposium and satisfaction rate evaluation activities organized by Party A's trade union.
