A teaspoon of chicken essence/a little salt/a garlic/a ginger/an onion.
1. Peel and wash lettuce.

1. Bacon needs to be steamed for 20 minutes in advance, cooled and sliced. Steamed bacon is easier to operate and tastes better.
2. It is suggested that green garlic stalks and green garlic leaves be fried separately. Garlic moss is difficult to cook, so it needs to be fried first. Pour garlic leaves into the pot and stir well.
