Rice cooker

1) fish with Chinese sauerkraut

A grass carp, please help the fish seller to break it, scrape it clean and chop it into small pieces, and mix it with egg white and starch.

Add some oil to the pan and heat it. First, put the fish in and fry it a little. In fact, this step means that rice cookers can't be fried after all.

A packet of pickled fish seasoning (sold in the supermarket), add water, then cover the pot and cook-when to cook? Just taste it yourself. Well, don't cook the fish too long to avoid being tender and hard. However, the rice cooker has little firepower anyway, and the minced fish mixed with egg white is generally ok, not too loose.

2) Steamed ribs with flour

This is relatively simple. The small row is about one and a half kilos. Add steamed meat powder (which is still sold in the supermarket), add some soy sauce and chicken essence, mix them and steam them in the steamer above the rice cooker. Be careful not to put too much water, my pot will be small, and if you put too much water, it will overflow. If you don't know when to do it, it will break down. Hehe, we have mastered it ourselves anyway. We once steamed it in half to see if it was feasible.

3) Stewed ribs/hollow bones

This is also very simple. The supermarket will sell stewed meat, then ribs or cavity bones (you can first blanch with boiling water to see if you are lazy), stewed meat buns, salt, carrots/kelp/mushrooms/lotus roots/white radish/tofu, and then stew. The electric cooker doesn't have much firepower, so it takes more time, basically 2 hours.

4) Coke chicken wings

Delicious and convenient, now buy chicken wings, put ginger in the water and cook all the time. It won't take long to get cooked, just poke it with chopsticks.

Then drain the water, add cola (just over the chicken wings), add soy sauce (about 1/4 cola) and cook until the juice is basically dry.

5) Chicken curry

Add some oil, heat it, add carrots/onions/potatoes/diced chicken, turn it over, add water and boil it until the chicken is almost cooked and the water just overflows the plate. Add the prepared curry powder.

The curry powder is made as follows: a packet of delicious American brand curry (about 1.2 yuan), a certain amount of starch, a certain amount of water and a certain amount of honey. If you want to thicken it, you can also add a piece of bright cheese and stir it well.

After adding the prepared curry powder, stir and boil. You can serve it when it looks a little thick.

We tried beef, but the effect was better than chicken. I guess beef is still pressed in a pressure cooker.

6) meatball soup

Add egg white (65,438+0 egg white is enough for two people), chopped ginger onion (depending on your taste, no need to add it), mushrooms (if you like to add mushrooms to the soup, you can chop them into balls), salt, allspice powder and chicken essence, and stir in one direction until the meat is a little stiff and dough-like.

Boil the water, add tofu/mushrooms/Chinese cabbage, add meatballs, add vermicelli, and then boil it, and it is basically cooked.

Add some salt, chicken essence, chopped green onion and sesame oil to the pot.

Spinach/water spinach

It's all boiled water. Drain the water (it can be drained on that steamer, which is very convenient).

Use vinegar/soy sauce/salt/monosodium glutamate/garlic water (that is, chop garlic and put some boiling water)/sesame oil. I usually like to add more vinegar and garlic.

Mix well and you can eat-the rice cooker is always a big fish and big meat recipe, so I will use it to cook these two vegetarian dishes.

8) Mushroom sausage rice

This is highly recommended. It's convenient and delicious.

A few mushrooms, a carrot, a little shallots, and a few sausages/hams, all cut into small pieces and mixed with uncooked rice. Add a teaspoon of oil, a proper amount of salt (you can add less salt because the sausage is salty) and water (as much as steamed rice), steam until the cooking button pops up and stew for a while.

9) Chicken feet with sauce

In fact, just like chicken wings with cola, chicken feet are cooked with water, ginger and onion, drained, and soy sauce is cooked until the juice is basically dry. In fact, I can add some star anise cinnamon and eat it as a snack if I am lazy.

10) hotpot

Needless to say, hot pot bottom materials and dip materials are sold. You can rinse as much as you want when cooking, but the firepower is not big, and the rinsing is a little slower.

1 1)

There is a secret to this delicious vermicelli: p put a packet of Taitai Le soup (a variety of flavors, such as chicken, corn, West Lake beef, seafood, etc. , that is, the supermarket 1.9-2.3 yuan, is a packet of soup for a small glass bowl, but the boiled soup is actually not delicious, that is, the dried noodles are particularly delicious), then put the eggs in the water, beat the eggs if you want to eat the egg blossoms, and put the whole ones in the purse if you want to eat them. Be careful not to cook the noodles for too long, but they should be just right and the food is delicious.

I like that taste very much, especially the soup after noodles. It's delicious, hehe.

12) Summer quick-frozen dumplings

Personally, I think Wan Chai Pier is the most recommended one. We are lazy and download the whole package at one time. And it's not boiled in water, and the skin is not broken. It is also transparent. I appreciate Wan Chai Pier very much, except that it is a little expensive.

13) steamed crabs

Well, just steam it, the time is 8 minutes after the water boils (my mother taught me), and you can also steam it with some ginger:)

14) Boil eight-treasure porridge

Our lazy way is to put all the beans, rice, lotus seeds and tremella into the pot the night before, and then pull out the fire and cook it the next morning. The effect is quite good. Some friends say that Wahaha eight-treasure porridge is the same.
