Today, I want to bring you a nutritious breakfast made of spinach. It's easy to steam for 5 minutes. It's fragrant, nutritious and not greasy. Old people and children like it.
First, we prepare a pot of spinach, slice it, put it in a boiling water pot, add a little vegetable oil and salt and blanch it. Vegetable oil can lock nutrients and increase the bottom taste. Blanch for 30 seconds, mainly to remove oxalic acid.
2. After the spinach is broken, throw it away, rinse it quickly with clear water and cool it to keep its crisp taste. Then squeeze out the water from the spinach and put it in a basin for later use.
3. Prepare a few more eggs, and beat the egg white and yolk evenly in the bowl to increase the layering. Stir and break egg yolk and egg whites respectively.
4. Brush the vegetable oil evenly in the tray to facilitate demoulding. Mix the egg white and spinach together, then pour them into the tray and smooth them, then shake them up and down a few times to exhaust the air inside.
5. Boil half a pot of boiling water, put the eggs and spinach in and steam for 3 minutes.
6. After the egg liquid is solidified, take it out, pour the yolk on it, shake it left and right, and then put it back in the pot to continue steaming for 2 minutes.
After 7.2 minutes, we took it out, first separated the edges with tools, and then turned around. Spinach is green, and eggs are tender and slippery, fragrant and nutritious.
8. Cut it into small pieces and put it on a plate. Layers of eggs wrapped in spinach are crispy and delicious.
9. There is almost no seasoning in the whole steaming process, which completely retains the fragrance of spinach and eggs. Friends with heavy taste can mix juice when eating: half green pepper and half red pepper, cut into small pieces and put them in a bowl, add salt, chicken powder, a little sugar, pour sesame oil, soy sauce and a little boiling water. It's delicious to eat standing or directly on spinach.
