Prepare pumpkin 300g, flour 400g, sugar 20g, yeast 3g, milk powder 20g and milk 180ml.

5. Prepare a grinding tool. I use an 8-inch grinder here, with a piece of oil paper on the bottom and a layer of oil around it to prevent sticking. Put the kneaded dough in, arrange it by hand, cover it with plastic wrap and make it 8 minutes full.

6. After baking, put your favorite fruit on the dough. I use red dates, then put cold water into a steamer, steam for about 45 minutes, turn off the fire and stew for 5 minutes before opening the lid.
