Some people in Qingtian and Wenxi can speak Wenzhou dialect.

Lishui and Wenzhou are separated by Yongjia, Wenxi and Qingtian. It's too far, and it doesn't match Wenzhou at all. Unless you have studied Wenzhou dialect or grew up in Wenzhou. Otherwise, I can't talk about it.
