1. Peel potatoes and carrots, cut them into small pieces, and take out the frozen green beans from the refrigerator.
2. Take a small pot and boil it with clear water. Add potatoes and cook until soft, then add carrots and green beans and cook until soft.
3. Take it all out and put it in a plate for cooling.
4. During the period, cut Lin Qiu sausage (I used Harbin sausage without fat, so I can choose Harbin sausage according to my own preference), 2 pickled cucumbers (canned pickles should not be too big) and boiled eggs into small pieces, and diced onions.
5. When cooking potatoes, you can take another clean pot, add olive oil (no salad oil), then add chopped black pepper and minced garlic, and turn off the fire until the minced garlic at the side of the pot begins to change color and taste.
6. Pour the fried black pepper and garlic sesame oil into the sink and cool.
7. Put the cool potatoes, carrots, green beans, cut sausages, pickled cucumbers, eggs and shallots into the cool black pepper and garlic sesame oil sink, add salt, sugar and salad dressing, and directly squeeze the lemon juice into the sink by hand.
8. Mix well and taste it, and then adjust it according to your own taste.
