1. Put the vanilla leaves and water into a high-speed pulverizer, crush them and filter them into green juice.
2. Pour the vanilla leaf juice, coconut milk, sugar and salt from step 1 into the pot and stir until all the materials are melted evenly.
3. Slowly add starch while stirring, finally filter it again, and then put it into a heatable bowl.
4. Prepare a pot of boiling water and keep it in a medium fire. Heat the filtered materials in water and keep stirring in the same direction for about 10 minute or until the sauce thickens and the custard sauce is finished.
