Raw materials:
Grass carp 1, onion, ginger, garlic, dried pepper, star anise, cinnamon, cooking wine, soy sauce, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, white radish.

Step 1
Wash grass carp, cut into pieces, put it in a pot, add cooking wine, salt and onion ginger and marinate for about 20 minutes.
Second step
