Steamed pork with flour:
1, pork belly is cut into large pieces and put into a bowl.
2. Add appropriate amount of soy sauce, salt, sugar, yellow wine, ginger slices, garlic slices and pork belly, mix well and marinate for 2 hours.
3. Add the steamed meat powder to the marinated pork belly and mix well. Put it in the bowl.
4. Then steam in a steamer for about 20-30 minutes.
