Golden burrito
Ingredients: corn, starch, salad oil, sugar.
Production method: First, peel and wash the corn, and put it in a pot to cook. After cooking, set aside to cool. After it cools, stick it on the corn with a knife, put it in a plate, add a proper amount of starch, and stir well. Make sure every corn is covered with starch, put oil in the pot, add corn, spread it out and fry it for two to three minutes. Don't move the corn when frying, or it will come apart. You can pick up the whole pot and shake it gently, fry it until it is golden on both sides, turn off the fire, sprinkle some sugar if you like sweet, prepare kitchen paper on the chopping board, put corn on it to absorb excess oil and put it on the plate.
Sweet pine nuts and corn kernels
Ingredients: corn, pine nuts, green peppers, red peppers, millet peppers, salt, sugar and milk.
Production method: firstly, peel the corn, wash it, cook it in a pot, and then cool it for later use. After cooling, stick a knife on the corn and take out the corn kernels. Wash the peppers and cut them into small pieces. Don't pour oil. Put the pine nuts in the pot and bake slowly on low heat. When the pine nuts turn yellow and the surface is shiny, they are taken out and naturally cooled. Bring the oil to a boil, and add corn kernels and peppers.
