Porridge for strengthening the spleen and nourishing the stomach
Ingredients
A large handful of barley, 7 pieces of yam, 2 red dates, 10 lotus seeds, 10 wolfberries, and dragon fruit 10 pieces of bud lilies, 4 pieces of longan meat, and a handful of glutinous rice (for two people)
Method
1. The lazy man's method: all ingredients except wolfberry before going to bed Wash it, soak it in the rice cooker, press to cook porridge and press the timer. As for how long the timer is, it depends on when you wake up in the morning! Personally, I feel that the time to set the time to jump to the keep warm setting after the porridge is cooked should be an hour before you get up, so that the porridge will be thicker after being kept warm for an hour. The first thing after getting up in the morning, wash the wolfberries in boiling water and put them into the porridge, turn off the rice cooker, and then you can eat the porridge after you have cleaned up the "personal hygiene".
2. Health care method: If you have time, I still recommend using a casserole to cook porridge. Wash the ingredients first and soak them for half a day. Put the casserole and bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for one and a half times. Two hours, that's it.
