Step 1: Brush the steamer with oil.
Use a clean brush, dip it in some cooking oil and brush it on the steamer to prevent the dumpling skin from sticking to the steamer. If you don't have a brush, you can also put a layer of oil on the steamer by hand.
Step 2: Boil water
Add water to the pot. If steamed 1-2 times, the water depth is 2 fingers. If time is tight, you can drain the water. Then put the bracket, cover it, and bring the water to a large fire.
Step 3: Put it into jiaozi.
Boil the water and put it into the steamer. Then put jiaozi on the steamer one by one with long chopsticks or clips. Be careful not to stick them together. Then, cover the pot and steam on low heat for 10- 15 minutes.
Step 4: Cut jiaozi.
After steaming, open the lid, take out the steamed dumplings in time and put them into the next round of steamed dumplings. If the number of times of steaming is more, pay attention to adding water to the steamer during the period.
