4. Steamed pork dumplings

6. Fried potato rolls

Ingredients: tenderloin, potatoes

Seasoning: peanut oil, soy sauce, starch, salt, chicken essence and rice wine.

Practice: Slice the tenderloin first, and then marinate it with salt, soy sauce, chicken essence and rice wine (intimate tip: add a little starch, and the fried meat will be more tender and smooth! )

Peel the potatoes, cut them into strips wider than the meat slices, and then boil them in water for one minute.
