Steamed spare ribs with taro?

Prepare ingredients:

Pork ribs (650g), taro, garlic, Jiang Mo, lobster sauce.

Exercise:

1. Clean the ribs, add starch and lock the water evenly.

2. Heat oil in the pot, pour in garlic (save some garlic), Jiang Mo and lobster sauce, stir fry until fragrant, and turn off the heat.

3. Add some raw garlic, add three spoonfuls of soy sauce, one and a half spoonfuls of oyster sauce, salt, sugar and pepper.

4. Stir well, put it into the ribs, grab it evenly, and marinate for more than 20 minutes.

5. Heat oil in the pot, pour in taro and stir-fry until fragrant, and add a little salt to taste.

6. Put the taro into the plate, then spread the ribs, boil the water in the pot, steam the taro ribs for 20 minutes, and then sprinkle with chopped green onion.
