1. Material: 300g of sweet bamboo shoots and 200g of lean pork.
2. Accessories: ginger, garlic, edible oil, soy sauce, salt, starch, cooking wine and monosodium glutamate.
3. Slice the lean meat and marinate it with salt, soy sauce and water starch slurry for five minutes. Chop ginger and garlic.
4. Slice the bamboo shoots and then cut them into filaments.
5. Add the right amount of cooking oil to the wok. After the oil temperature is high, add shredded bamboo shoots and stir-fry until raw. Take out and set aside.
6. Add cooking oil to another pot and saute ginger and garlic.
7. Add shredded pork and stir fry.
8. Pour in bamboo shoots and mix well.
9. Add cooking wine, salt, soy sauce and monosodium glutamate to adjust the taste.
