Every time I go to a new city, adaptation is always accompanied by various new attempts. Of course, the best way to adapt to a city is to integrate into local life. The food in Europe is very different from that in China. If you want to tell the difference, any international student seems to be able to name a lot, such as a single vegetable, difficult to cook, difficult to find hot pot, and eating potatoes and sausages every day. ......
But there are ways to meet the most basic needs of life. Basic vegetables can be found. Jiaozi can also buy flour and cook it himself, and rice can be cooked as he likes. This time, I mainly want to share with you some German sauces that taste similar to those in China. The supermarket is so big and there are so many choices. Every time you go, there will be a new world you haven't tried yet.
Seasoning and staple food:
The staple foods here are probably pasta, potatoes and bread, and rice is also on the rise recently. There are fans of pasta, but like potato powder, potato powder and mung bean powder, you can only try your luck in Yachao. If they are located in a small German village like me, there are no Asian supermarkets or China restaurants within a few steps. So I have to find a way to match it in local cuisine.
-Very good toast, toasted with a toaster, with the sweetness of butter and no other sourness. Bacon, ham, sliced chicken, eggs and ketchup are usually delicious. Even if it is not baked, it tastes very fragrant and soft. Netto is often sold.
-Typical noodles in German supermarkets, except spaghetti of various shapes, take a long time to cook and taste a bit like handmade noodles.
-BBQ sauce is probably the most acceptable. I often use it as oyster sauce. When roasting meat or cod in the oven, coat it with a layer, which tastes quite good.
-General healthy soy sauce used in Germany. I have been using it since I came here. There is no pressure to mix seafood sauce or stir-fry braised pork.
As for vinegar, the smell of vinegar here is too strong, which is a little different from that in China. Yes, but I don't use it often. Cooking wine usually buys a bottle of white wine, and the whole row of vodka sold in the supermarket can be used as cooking wine. Just use it a few times.
Baking category:
The typical staple food in Europe is baking. All kinds of bread with sliced meat or sausage and salad can make a meal. Probably every international student will try to make his own West Point at least once.
Some people like to start from the very beginning, buy wheat flour, powdered sugar, baking powder, butter, eggs, milk, cream and other ingredients, and occasionally make them when they are interested. If it succeeds, take a picture. If you fail, you can only clean up the kitchen and come back next time.
I feel it is easy for China to learn Chinese food. Germans have been in contact since childhood, and they know how to make cakes as soon as they get started. The cakes they make are often almost the same as those bought in stores. I can only envy this talent.
Of course, an ingenious person can get started immediately as long as he takes a recipe and collects raw materials. If you don't feel the ingredients, or think it's troublesome to buy cake materials, you can actually try the following semi-finished products. This kind of food contains raw material powder, and some small ingredients such as chocolate particles and paper cups.
Detailed steps are written on the back of the box. Add eggs or milk or other ingredients and you can easily make a dozen cupcakes. The material is just enough for 12 small cups, and it is also clean and tidy afterwards.

The finished product looks like a broken hand, and I can do it, haha.
snack
In the supermarket, snack chocolate always occupies a piece of land firmly, and biscuit chips are usually beside it. Yogurt pudding ice cream is also easy to find in the refrigerator. Chocolate, yogurt and potato chips in Germany are cheap and delicious. Not to mention cheese and cream, many foreign students come here for a period of time, and the main problems they face are getting fat and losing their hair.
Getting fat is related to overwhelming desserts; About hair loss, one is academic pressure, the other is that the water quality is hard and easy to lose hair, and the other is that the body lacks vitamin D synthesis because of insufficient sunlight. Therefore, although desserts are good, we should also pay attention to control; And remember to decompress and replenish VD.
The local soybean milk beverage is rich in nutrition and not easy to be obese.
Make pudding quickly, you won't get fat.
Favorite yogurt, cheap and delicious?
Frozen class
I think Germany is quite suitable for housing. It is not that the local internet service is extremely sound, but that food storage is very convenient. All kinds of staple food, vegetables and meat can be found in frozen food stored for a long time. Of course, quick-frozen food is also available here in jiaozi and other places, but the local jiaozi is grotesque and doesn't taste very good, so I'd rather not eat it.
-Frozen cakes, coffee and milk desserts, appropriate afternoon tea or dinner.
-Frozen white bread. White bread is the most common bread in the local area, and it is often accompanied with pork chops or street snacks in wurst. When eating, take it out and bake it in the oven. Add sausage and lettuce, and serve with ketchup or mayonnaise. It tastes good.
-Frozen fruits can be added when making cakes, drinking drinks or eating ice cream. The color is beautiful and the taste is good.
-Frozen broccoli. If you buy a whole broccoli for a long time, it will wither easily. It is often not so easy to eat it alone, so this one is easier.
-I like frozen peas very much. Fresh peas and rice are rarely found in German supermarkets. Although it is frozen, the stir-fried food tastes like tender peas.
-I like the combination of corn, carrots and peas best, and the daily side dishes are simply versatile.
-A light meal with eggs, bacon and miscellaneous vegetables. The color is beautiful. It's mung bean ribs soup. Bones are quite cheap in Germany, and mung beans are easy to find.
-a common kind of bacon, no matter what packaging, tastes the same. The taste is quite similar to domestic smoked bacon.
When in use, cut a slice, and cook the whole slice or slice until cooked, and it can be used as a snack. It is also delicious with fried meat and vegetables.
