Crispy fried dough sticks
Ingredients required
300 grams of plain flour, 1 egg, 3 grams of yeast powder, 5 grams of edible salt, 2 baking soda grams, 140 ml of warm water, 20 ml of cooking oil (for kneading noodles), appropriate amount of vegetable oil (for frying).
Steps
1. We first prepare 300 grams of ordinary flour, beat in an egg, and add 3 grams of yeast powder, 5 grams of edible salt, and 2 grams of baking soda.
2. Pour 140 ml of warm water. Use warm water to knead the dough in cold weather. The yeast will rise faster. After stirring into large dough, pour 20 ml of cooking oil.
3. Knead the dough with your hands, fully knead the oil into the dough, knead it into a softer dough, cover it with a lid or plastic wrap, and let it rise until doubled in size.
4. The dough will be ready in two hours. There are small bubbles in it. Place it on the panel without kneading it. Just arrange it into a long strip, then flatten it with your hands and roll it into a rectangular dough. Pie, thickness about 0.5 cm.
5. Cut it into long strips two fingers wide, dip a chopstick in water, and press it in the middle of the embryo.
6. Then overlap the two doughs together and use chopsticks to press out lines in the middle. Cut it in the middle, and press both ends to pinch tightly to prevent the dough sticks from cracking during frying.
7. Then we use chopsticks to test the temperature of the oil. Put it in and it will bubble immediately. Put in the prepared dough stick embryo, turn it over when it comes to the surface, and fry over medium heat throughout.
8. Flip a few times in the middle so that the fried dough sticks will be even in color. Fry until golden brown and ready to serve. Take it out and control the oil.
