Ingredients: 200g shrimp, 300g broccoli. Accessories: 20g garlic, 5g soy sauce, corn flour, chicken essence and salt.
Exercise:
1. Wash the shrimps and broccoli separately, remove the shrimp thread after washing the shrimps, then add appropriate amount of soy sauce and corn starch, and marinate for about 10 minute. After washing broccoli, remove the thick stems and cut into small flowers.
2. Add enough water to the pot, add a small amount of salt, put the broccoli into the pot after the water boils, and remove it after cooking.
