These videos include social media ambassadors discussing their experiences at American University in Cairo, and videos highlighting the diverse student groups of the university, such as recent international days and seasonal greetings.
The YouTube channel of the University of Toronto shows videos of international students discussing campus life, academic opportunities and why they chose this school. These videos let future international students know what it's like to study in this school.
The National University of Singapore has international students from 100 countries. The YouTube channel of the school plays videos of international students from Malaysia, Mauritius, Indonesia, Germany, Macau and India, covering campus communities, teachers and academic projects and all aspects of social life.
Method 2: University Blog.
Many universities in the world have blogs written by international students, and provide applicants with direct contact with bloggers.
For example, Temple University in Japan, Lin Xueping University in Sweden and Queensland University of Technology in Australia have all updated their blogs, detailing their experiences in a new country and university.
University of westminster said that the school launched the International Student Blog in early October/October/May, which provided a single platform for international students to write down their study experiences in London. Moreover, the school encourages students to keep their own personal blogs and republish the contents to the school's international blogs.
The school hopes that the international blog can become a virtual space, encourage potential students to contact students studying in university of westminster, and provide information for international students who are interested in studying abroad from the source.
