Ingredients: dog meat, radish, mushrooms, Chinese cabbage, salt, Nande, soy sauce, bean paste, ginger, 14 pepper, 2 star anise and onion.
Method:
1. Wash a proper amount of dog meat, put it in a wok with cold water, add ginger and cooking wine, cook for a few minutes, then take it out and clean it. Radish peeled and diced, cabbage diced. Cut the green onions into long sections, soak the mushrooms and cut them into large pieces.
2. Add a proper amount of oil to the wok. After the oil temperature rises, add ginger, pepper and star anise to stir fry, and then add a spoonful of bean paste to stir fry red oil. Then add dog meat, a little salt and mix well with Nande. Finally, add boiling water and boil.
3. Pour the cooked soup into the casserole, boil it again, and then add the mushrooms. After the fire is boiled, add the hot pot bottom material and simmer for about an hour, then add the radish, add the cabbage when the radish is almost ripe, and add the onion when the cabbage is almost ripe. Finally, simmer for a while.
