The worship of Zen is of great symbolic significance, and it is a manifestation of the orthodoxy of the ancient emperors who preached their political achievements to heaven and showed that they were "ordered by heaven". Generally speaking, all emperors who can worship Zen have made great achievements, and they are full of confidence in themselves before they worship Mount Tai.
The emperors who held amenorrhea ceremonies in Mount Tai in history included Qin Shihuang, Han Wudi, Guangwudi, Tang Gaozong, Tang Xuanzong and Song Zhenzong. The above emperors came to Mount Tai to meditate, which can be said to be deserved. Only Song Zhenzong, who was not better than Song Taizu in establishing the Song Dynasty and creating moderns, was overjoyed and made a "book of meditation". Privately, he secretly said that if the emperor is really willful, he can do more than Su Daqiang.
It is said that after the Northern Song Dynasty signed the unequal treaty "Yuan Dynasty Alliance" with Liao, although he paid a huge price of 302,000 silver silks every year to be friendly with the Khitan, his self-esteem was also seriously stimulated, even severely hit. If someone else drank wine, watched a movie and sang a song in KTV, it would be over, but it happened that Song Zhenzong was a "face-saving emperor" since he was a child, and the injustice and shame of spending money to buy peace would inevitably disappear after a vigorous baptism.
Therefore, Minister Wang Qinruo and others gave a bad idea to Song Zhenzong, who was helpless, to "shock the whole world and show off foreign countries". Song Zhenzong hastily adopted it and directed and performed a ghostly red tape farce.
In the first month of the fifth year of Jingdezhen (1008), Song Zhenzong told the ministers that last November there was a man of god who dreamed that "three pieces of" Dazhong Xiangfu "were sent to heaven". As a result, someone stood up and said that there was yellow silk hanging in the corner of Tianmen in Zuocheng, which should be a "sealed book". Therefore, Song Zhenzong and all the ministers welcomed this gobbledygook, only to find that it said "sealed". Prosperous in the song dynasty, paying attention to being cautious and independent, guarding the device and defending righteousness, the world is 700, and it is not moving in 1999. This is the so-called gobbledygook
When the gobbledygook came down, Song Zhenzong was very happy, which meant that he had Tian Rui. He immediately changed it to the first year of Dazhong Xiangfu. In March of that year, more than 20,000 officials and people, led by Wang Dan, repeatedly requested to hold a meditation ceremony to seal Mount Tai. In October, Song Zhenzong also agreed to seal Mount Tai in the East Palace, and appointed Wang Dan and Wang Qinruo as the gifts and etiquette envoys of the demise respectively, and went to Ganfeng County of Mount Tai to prepare for the demise. During this period, Wang Qinruo forged another "gobbledygook" and sent it to Kyoto. Song Zhenzong was overjoyed and wanted to show it to all the ministers, who praised him.
In April of the first year of Dazhong Xiangfu (1008), Song Zhenzong issued a letter to build Zhao Ying Palace in Kaifengfu, Kyoto, to worship "God" and "Book of Heaven". However, Wang Dan and other officials opposed it, but Ding Wei Song Dynasty finally persuaded it to be built. It took several years to build Zhao Ying Palace, which is extremely luxurious and its wealth is immeasurable.
/kloc-at the beginning of October, Song Zhenzong traveled east to Mount Tai, opened the way with "Tianshu", and led Wang Dan and other civil and military officials all the way eastward, which took 17 days to reach Mount Tai. After fasting for three days, I climbed Mount Tai and "sealed" the Emperor of Heaven at the top of the mountain. The next day, he went to the "Zen" on the first mountain of Southwest Society to offer sacrifices to God. Song Zhenzong changed the name of the county to Fengfu County, named Taishan God as "The Heavenly Revelation and the Holy Emperor", named Taishan Goddess as "Fairy and Jade Girl Bi Xia Yuan Jun", and inscribed "Xie Tianshu's Theory of Double Sages and Merits" on the east side of the Tang Cliff on the top of Taishan Mountain. It can be said that Song Zhenzong knocked down auspicious things from the sky and whitewashed peace to the extreme. It is precisely because Song Zhenzong enjoyed the benefits of Mount Tai Zen rites that he became more immersed, whitewashed and deceived himself in various sacrificial activities in the future. Because of this, Song Taizu's deep savings since the founding of the People's Republic of China have been exhausted, the national strength of the Northern Song Dynasty has been growing day by day, and the situation of poverty and weakness has been formed, which has laid the foundation for the demise of the Northern Song Dynasty.
The origin of the first emperor's meditation on Mount Tai and Xuanzong of Hanwu can be said that it has been towering for thousands of years and experienced the meditation ceremony on Mount Tai for 5,000 years of Chinese civilization, which not only witnessed the wise SHEN WOO of a generation of wise kings like Qin Shihuang Hanwu, but also left such an eternal joke as Song Zhenzong's gobbledygook farce.
