Ingredients: Chinese cabbage, soy sauce, salt, garlic, onion, vinegar, starch, pepper, sugar, dried red pepper.
Step 1: Wash the Chinese cabbage, divide the Chinese cabbage into two halves from the middle, and cut the half from a 45-degree angle with a knife.
Step 2, cut the leaves into pieces, and cut the cabbage stalks and leaves separately.
Step 3: Cut the onion, garlic and dried pepper into small pieces. In another bowl, add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and starch and mix well.
