How to make crispy pickled lettuce:
Ingredients: Two lettuces, about two spoons of salt, half a spoon of mature vinegar, one or two spoons of light soy sauce, and one spoon of vegan chopped chili.
1. Prepare ingredients.
2. Peel the lettuce.
3. Cut into finger-thick middle sections.
4. Put one or two spoons of salt and spread evenly with your hands.
5. Marinate overnight (cover the outside of the basin with gauze), preferably not in the refrigerator.
6. Looking at it the next morning, a lot of water has been marinated. Pick up one and eat it, it's crunchy, wash off some of the salt and you can eat it directly.
7. Pour away the pickled water, wash it with drinking water two or three times, and rub the lettuce strips to wash off the salt on the surface of the lettuce. Add light soy sauce, mature vinegar, and vegan chopped chili pepper (chopped chili pepper without garlic and other five spicy ingredients). If you don’t have chopped chili peppers, you can use other chili sauces you like instead (vegan friends, please pay attention to the ingredients list when purchasing finished chili sauces).
8. Plate it, it is sour and crispy, very appetizing.
